Poor service regarding stock but beautiful mirrors and rugs
The items were bought and listed as in stock on the website to receive a mail later that it was still on route in a container that was delayed.
I was away on holiday and the couriers had to deal
With the nightmare situation created by selling items not in stock.
I know you communicated but this was a little too late especially for someone that would have waited until it was in stock to place an order.
This is not the first purchase where I bought something in stock then having to wait months for delivery.
I’ve bought a huge amount of items from Homestead decor but as per every other provider only content creators are seen and paying customers are not valued.

All items and orders are shipped as soon as they are available.
Additional lead times may occur if stock is not available.
Products will be dispatched within THREE to SEVEN working days but please note that time frames are out of our control once items have left our warehouse.
A tracking number and delivery date will be provided.
Out-of-stock products and customised, made-to-order products may have a longer lead times, up to 12 weeks.
We keep our website as up-to-date as possible however it may not always reflect our stock levels.

Returns
Our returns policy lasts FIVE calendar days. Please contact us within THREE working days if you’d like to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product. We will credit you for the product’s cost excluding the cost of shipping. There will be no refunds or exchanges on products if more than FIVE calendar days have passed since receipt of the product.
Items must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it

No returns on products bought in bulk (FIVE or more)
Sale items will not be refunded
Exchanges may take time depending on where you live
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will notify you that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or bank account. Refunds are processed at month-end and will take a few days to reflect between different banks. Contact kita@homestead-decor.co.za if you have still not received your refund.
If your item is delivered damaged, please take photos and send it back with the courier. Photos must be sent to kita@homestead-decor.co.za and we will work on getting a replacement item sent to you.
Cancelled orders (before delivery takes place) will be liable for a 5% handling fee depending on status of order.
