• Immediately blot the stain with a clean cloth and warm water (not hot).
• Do not rub as this can deepen the stain into the fibres.
• Acidic stains like wine or tomato sauce etc can be neutralized and removed with a dab of soda water.
• Suitable for professional cleaners with experience with cleaning natural fibre rugs.
• Do not machine wash or dry.
